It was a graduation celebration. It's a given that kids are going to get drunk. A foreign country is just not the best place to do it.

Personally, I hold the chaperones at some fault here. I dont know what they were expected to do, but if I had a child going I would have expected the Chaperones to SUPERVISE the entertainment and watch over the group. Seems to me, from what I have heard the chaperones just went along for their own vacation. Bill O'reilly is supposed to have something on about this tonight, going to watch and see what I learn. jdn
