The rumor about Rogers-Brown, Thomas, Scalia et al.... Forget about legislating Kill-SS and enrich Wall Street with privatization, the real deal is to stack the courts, including the Supremes in order to: Declare all social legislation, neal deal, etc. done in the 30s forward: UNCONSTITUTIONAL That destroys SS, Medicare, etc. etc. in one fell swoop. That's the Republican plan: turn the US of A into a second-class nation going backward in time. This makes the Republican goal of destroying the entire middle class (and political opposition for an ultrawealthy aristocracy) oh so very easy.
