There is a great deal of infrastructure world wide geared toward the current climate. Changes in wind and rain patterns will be very very expensive to compensate.

On a different but still similar note, did you guys know that in most dictionaries from the late 30s, under "Lung Diseases" and/or "Cancer" it was stated that "cancer of the lungs is extremely scarce and almost never occurs?

Of course the big lung disease at that time was TBC and thus cancer to the lungs mostly went undetected.

When you look for it you find it. Same for skin cancer or most recently on a steep rise, prostatic cancer.

You don't think there's a problem........CO2, just one of the greenhouse gases, has increased nearly 50% since 1800. And yet, you think it won't make a difference. No wonder Bush convinced you that a war in Iraq was important and necessary.
