The liberal Washington Post spun this as best they could to try to add credibility to the rumor. He had me rolling in the aisle over this quote "Fixing intelligence and facts to fit a desired policy is the Bush II governing style". It would take a fool or someone who thinks his readers are morons to write a story like that.

I bet the memo was signed by Col. Killian, Texas Air National Guard Right and a guy named Burkette "found" this memo in a trash bin while on vacation in London.
