Delay is guilty of gross massive corruption. His three top financiers have been found guilty in Texas. So far Delay is shielding himself, but it won't last long. DElay is lying when he says he didn't know about the financial matters. He also has huge slush funds in his Foundation which are being used for rightwing political operations. Including the smearvets. He also paid his wife (himself) $500,000 at least and has helped himself to all kinds of lobbyist goodies, living like a king with the lobbyists paying for everything, including a foreign Russian oil lobbyist. It takes time to actually indict him, but it shall be done. Remember DElay is powerful and has worked hard to slow down the process. Otherwise, he might be on trial already.
