I believe that your reasoning is absolutely consistent with the ruling that they handed down... (and, like Justice Thomas wrote: they can regulate quilting bees, swap meets, *anything* under that B-R-O-A-D interpretation of the Commerce Clause, where it seems EVERYTHING is subject to Federal preemption.)

Bad, bad stuff.
