Jim, you really need to get a copy of today's Daily Legal Review for South Florida. A very long detailed article titled "Flipping Out" with tons of frank and honest quotes from insiders that didn't want to be named. It is the best article on the whole preconstruction condo craze yet IMHO. If I could I would post it on this board.
