someone that embraces bold, creative ideas Believe it or not, the hempsters in Cal. are putting that burden on the gropenator. There is another hemp industry bill winding its way thru the state lege. Gray Davis vetoed one. The hope is that Arnie, coming from a country with a hemp industry, will sign it if it gets to him. Then we should have lots of fun seeing how the feds react to that. Also, will they let Americans import Sativex, the Canadian cannabis puffer used by MS patients?
