VICL Seems to have found support at the 3.50 level.

It still needs to close above $4.

The PSML data on VICL at present: 3.75 3.65 3.68 and 3.85

P is above the S & M, but below L ( and M & L are above S.<g>)

The SAR at 3.48 is below P, which is good
