I think it's time for the people at Ameritrade to have a big meeting to get their stories straight!

The latest e-mail:

Dear XXXXXXXXX:

Thank you for contacting us today concerning GVRP.

Regarding GVRP, the company paid a 3,000,000:1 forward split on 5/20/05, with an ex-dividend date of 5/23/05. At this time, there is no indication whether this split will be amended, cancelled, etc. Ameritrade clients can sell shares in their account, however, they will be subject to any risks or costs associated if there is in fact a reversal or amendment to the split. Risks may include, but are not limited to, a buyback of shares sold. Ameritrade is not taking purchase transactions for this equity for the reasons noted above.

If you have further concerns or inquiries, please reply to this message.

Sincerely,

XXXXXXXXX
