Since it seems the number seems to be about 1 in 10 will become addicted, no matter what base number one uses, I'm not willing to pay the costs for more numbers to be added, and that we as a society will have to pay for those costs as well. Costs like increased child abuse with jail time for the abuser, lawyer costs, trial costs, PLUS the costs for the children's care as well. Just to name a "for instance." Are you? The only way people are going to know the actual effects of the problems we have now, is to talk to the actual centers where the counselors are...they will know.
