I've said that Jacko would walk from the outset. The combination of sleazy complainants who lack credibility, charges like false imprisonment when the mother could leave for body waxing, and just overall prosecutorial arrogance pointed to the outcome. It shows you how cloistered these prosecutors can be. They sit around in their little enclave and cook up these trial strategies without any connection to the real world. Then they wonder why their grand scheme didn't play. You might even say they live in Neverland<g>
