In some of these articles like the ones I was referring to you had many who only spoke as long as they remained anonymous so as not to damage their ongoing business relationships. Attorney's, developers and RE agents actually calling it a ponzi scheme with tons of palm greasing that puts the final end user as the ultimate bag holder at risk this time compared to the late 80's when the developer and bank absorbed much of the risk. Apparently some of these get flipped preconstruction 3-4 times by the time it is CO'd. They are all happy to keep the mania alive, keep the green flowing, the cocktail parties and the marketing ploy or money, greed and sex sells.
