Well, I only stepped 1/3rd of the way into that bed of roses, but I'll take it.

I had some initial misgivings because the buyout price is below the close on the 8th, but I checked historical pricing and it's a little over where the stock has spent most of its time and there was comparatively little volume on the days it traded above $11.75.

Just sold at $11.80. Not sure why it's going for a small premium over the buyout offer. Perhaps speculation of a bidding war or something, but I figure the guy with 38% right now is likely gonna get his price. And I'll take 25% for a one-day position any ol' day of the week.
