Let us praise more heroic bartenders. This is a drink to clear the head if you are suffering from a hangover, created by the greatest living American bartender, Salvatore Calabrese. Blood Transfusion Method: build Glass: highball 1 oz. vodka 1 oz. dry sherry 1 oz. Fernet-Branca 5 oz. tomato juice 1-2 dashes Worcestershire sauce pinch of celery salt juice of 1 lime Three-quarters fill the glass with ice cubes and pour the vodka and sherry in first. Add the tomato and lime juice, then add the celery salt and Worcestershire sauce. Stir. Float a layer of Fernet-Branca on top. It'll either cure you or kill you! The rest of the drink will sort out your head and make you forget the night before. Good luck.
