RUSSIAN President Vladimir Putin sparked uproar yesterday by saying Africans had a history of CANNIBALISM.

Perhaps the uproar will convert to outrage and action when the uproarious discover Putin was right.

Africans do not just have a history of cannibalism, it is still practised today is some countries.

In some locales, human flesh is sold for consumption.

Let's hear the uproar.

So Putin isn't a very good diplomat, what's new?

This is the line of the story that floored me. Who would have ever thought that someone who rose through the ranks from the old Soviet Union would ever utter such a thought?
