I'm old enough to remember "the death of The Republican Party" after Goldwater's disastrous defeat. Before that, the 1960 GOP Presidential nominee had lost the race for governor in California. To Jerry Brown's daddy. But LBJ was hatching a miracle for the Republicrooks. It was called Vietnam. Dumbya seems to be trying to resuscitate the Democraps with his lying, fumbling and bumbling in Iraq.
