I would think so. But with that kind of "dependence," it really doesn't matter much whether it's marijuana or video games. People who are so inclined will gravitate to one or another of those things or maybe different ones serially. None of them lands you where physiological drug addiction of whatever kind does so they don't add to the tragedy that KLP is concerned about.
