It's a terminology problem. What Bush et al means by ending tyranny and promoting freedom is the end of tyranny by science, education and the accumulation of knowledge against evangelical christianity. This is the same idiotic argument foisted on us by the evangelical fake christians who scream that they're being discriminated against in colleges and universities. Now, can these nitwits find a single instance where they were discriminated against in terms of grades? Now, can these idiots find a single instance where they weren't allowed to pray or worship? Considering that the freakshow core of the evangelical fake christians movement is looking foward to the war to end all wars, I'd say that the sale of weaponry is very much in line with their concept of the world.
