It's called trickle-down economics and it only works for the tricklers. Everyone else gets, at best, trickled on. The rich get richer and everyone else gets little or no help. Plus our national infracture is underfunded. Reagan tried trickle-down and it gave us a 3 year boom followed by Bush Sr. and Clinton both having top raise taxes to pay off Reagan's deficits. Bush's deficits are many times as big as Reagan's. No one is talking about, but we are headed for a brick wall.
