Ali,

I am using a 5-lbs Dell with 14.1" and 1400x1050 native resolution. Nothing less is unsatisfactory for me now.
Only maybe 12" 1280x768.


That is just not compatible with Windows non-scalable interface and my eyesight.

What works best (with Windows), IMO, is what the desktop manufacturers do:

1600x1200 20"-22"
1280x1028 17"-19"
1024x768 14"-15"
Under 14" - for masochists only
