thanks Bernard..someone on YMB pointed that they were not excercised, I noted in fine print that they vest in 'equal' installments starting on anniversary of June 14, 2005..I don't get any of this legalese terminilogy and diverse-g- option plans of the various co's I follow

I believe this is as high a strike price that I've seen but would not quote myself..

OT: did you see "HOUSE"..it was on last night..truly, if you're a medical drama junkie..a must see!
