If 9/11 had instead been the Pearl Harbor attack, WWII would have been over for a month by now. Instead things are worse now than they were on Sept. 17, 2001 when Junior made that boastful promise.

Bush stated publicly that bin Laden no longer a concern. The implication there is that bin Laden is no longer being sought after. And understandably, why would Bush want to go after one of his good buddies?
