Bush's deficits may yet ruin the economy. Who pays them off and when? As for terrorism, statistics show attacks around the world have doubled since last year. The war in Iraq and Abu graiab have been huge irritants. Plus, we've had to withdraw our top counter-terror resources from Afghanistan and other places where Al Qaida hangs out to concentrate on Iraq. Of course Bush has also lured tangos to Iraq. But that was not supposed to be the plan.
