Sometimes, it looks they are just waiting to be snookered. Dateline did a story about million dollar cars for Christians......I am not sure how it worked but the good Christians gave their money and eventually would get a nice car in the end. After a year or so of no cars, some were suspicious but never did anything about their suspicions. Eventually, they found out from some gov't agency that there were no cars. As it turns out, all their money was going to a guy who played poker in CA's casinos. It seems they got screwed big time.

Have you ever watched Jimmy Swaggart and Benny Hinn on TV? These guys pack a HUGE stadium full of folks. This fellow Hinn does faith healing right there on stage. Paralized people walk, blind people see, deaf people hear. It's an amazing fraud. I can't see how it's not illegal. People send millions to this guy. He travels in absolute luxury.

Swaggart is another one. He's been caught with prostitutes in perverse sex situations more than once. Not that I object, but his faith seems to. He comes back with a vengeance. I have seen him on stage crying his eyes out in penance, preaching what a sinner he is, and how he will never do it again...and then he gets caught again, and these folks buy the act hook line and sinker.

You know how well bush appeals to them. Overwhelmingly bush voters man.
