Regarding: "Huh???": Really Ed, I can't understand why so many people of the left, including you, keep harping on the question of whether the children of whatever Adm is in power are going to war or not.....It's just noise, if you think about it.

Did you say anything about Chelsey---She didn't go...nor did any of FDR's, did they? Nor Truman's...did she? Did LBJ's kids go???

There are only 100 Senators, and I don't know how many have kids that are of Military age....do you?

There are 400+ US House of Representatives....How many of them go??? I don't know, do you?

Even if you count the entire group, including the top elected officials of our Country, we might be talking about 600 or so people. There are quite a few of these folks in their 60's-80's....Although Robert Byrd is really pushing the envelope age-wise and brain-wise as well, IMO.

There are millions of young men and women who have answered the call of their country, whether we are at war or not.

I'm proud of these young people, and perhaps even more so because they DO NOT have a famous parent. Then I know that with a volunteer Military, they are answering the call, because of their own wishes, and not the wishes of their famous parent.
