Problem is, said shareholder doesn't even have 2% of the outstanding, so when time comes to vote they'll be outgunned, unless many others come to the same conclusion. And the problem with others coming to the same conclusion is -- as others have noted -- that a valuation analysis is hard without knowing the royalty rate involved. I would love to see the numbers MPM used.
