Clinton got rid of deficits. Bush not only brought them back but multipled them, spending like a drunken sailor and under-taxing the rich. One big country club party. But the hangover will have the middleclass paying off the rich kids' bills. For a long-long time. Totally corrupt and unfair. Trickle-down does not work, has never worked and will never work. All it does is throw a 2-3 year party and result in 5-10 years of higher taxes as payback.
