Ted, How can a person commit adultery when their spouse is dead?

You contradict yourself. Michael Schiavo acted as Terri's husband in front of the law. At the same time, he had children with another woman. Whether or not you can remain married to a "brain dead" woman is irrelevant. The point is that Michael wanted it both ways.

There can be a ton of reasons why he didn't....until you talk to him and hear what he has to say why pass judgement?

Since neither you nor I will be doing that any time soon, I don't think either of us should be doing any "judging." All I'm saying is that based solely on the publicly-known facts, I'm siding with Terri's parents. You can come up with all sort of likelihoods which excuse the husband and condemn the parents, but I'll treat them the same way you're treating the opinions of Sean Hannity. (Well, maybe not that harshly.)
