Hows was nationality determined in most cases? Probably by documents on the bodies. Documents are never faked? Wanna bet? So whether they say the body is Iraqi or not STILL doesn't settle the matter. Physical evidence that can't be faked would be needed and my guess would be it is almost never avalable. OTOH, THE hotbed of Muslim extremism in the region is Saudi Arabia.
