It appears there is a 100/1 reverse split coming...Stock down 50%, so I am guessing this is not the news we were looking for. John, did you know this was coming? You have mentioned for the last few weeks that news was coming and that the news would be good. I am guessing that whoever you were speaking with at the company was lying to you...I think I need a beer or maybe a bottle of jack.

Well, the name change apparently take place tomorrow along with the r/s. I presume the PRs will hit the streets about then, also. Obviously, the weak-knees are going to panic (..as you can see from the quotes..) but this should work out about the same as "..SPRU-to-SPRL.." only the conversion rate is an order of manitude higher. I understand that NNGY has solid financing in place to move forward. In addition, there are apparently several major institutional investors ready to move into NNGY, but they wanted a price closer to $1 to satisfy their bylaws, or whatever. This is what drove the decision to do the r/s, as I understand it, and like Strat Petro - if you just maintain your cool you should be just fine. Obviously my 7MM+/- share collection will turn into 70K, since I'm not selling. But, if everything works out like that other Nano company we discussed a few posts back - we're all still in the money.
