Of course he will....

Still, as one of the *least* popular Governors in the 50 states (as recent polling shows), I doubt this will do much to change his unpopularity numbers.

He's got his eye on the Republican primaries, and the Presidency in '08... but, even there, he's QUITE a long-shot. (I believe London odds show him with about the same chances as a Zebra running in the Derby....)
