The people at Gitmo most surely are NOT innocent.....they were caught on the battlefield fighting our forces. You know that's simply not true for at least one third of them; that's why they were released....they weren't enemy combatants. They weren't caught on the battlefield fighting our forces. It just took a couple of years to figure that out. How many more there might be, we don't know. I'm not even sure that all of them have had any military tribunal hearings to date. But what do you care? It's not like it's going to change your dinner schedule. jttmab
