you'd get an accurate picture from old analyses, analysts' write ups, not Edgar. in the old days, you'd look at analysis from a number of underwriters, and the presumed royalty rate would be identical, one analyst to another. reg Fd has actually HURT the small biotech investor. the bad apple CEO can now get away without having a big research budget thrown at discovery..... we no longer have smallcap analysts to follow who are both ethical and informed.
