I respect Andy's views in general. He has written some very interesting stuff over the years with an in-depth understanding of the China/U.S. dynamics.

However, I disagree with him on energy.

i don't understand why these Gomers are always straying from their home turf. maybe he's knowledgeable about China, maybe he's full of it, but at least 99% of Wall Street can't readily point out any mistakes in his thinking w/r/t China. but when it comes to oil, he can't hide his ignorance and sloppy thinking.
