Bush is the biggest big government spender-expander in world history. But he has no way of paying for it because he has cut, in particular, taxes for the wealthy class, especially the very rich, and has deprived the country of workable revenues. Clinton balanced budgets one after the other, and worked with Republicans to do it. Bush ignores moderates and Democrats and does whatever the hell his corporate cronies want him to. Trickle-down doesn't work. And if you're going to cut spending, GW, don't start with environmental protection. Our nation's wealth include a clean environment. When you pollute you kill public wealth. Sometimes permanently.
