Hi Dealer! Yep, that SPX position turned into a super trade. And yes, we're back at the main homestead now. Looking forward to a nice weekend. Have some friends coming over Saturday for a cook out and fun. Sort of a tradition. Fathers Day weekend. Family time. All the kids have grown up together since they were babies and now all of them are off to college, or about to go off like our youngest. They will all be there. Uh, hey, that means toast time! dealie- i didn't forget... per se... actually i was thinking about it a week before and just waiting to pounce and then i got busy and, and, well... i just uuhhm (forgot?) or maybe i got distracted... yeah... that's it. i got distracted by going to the "eden house" website and looking at all those 360 degree panoramas of the rooms and the sun deck and the pool and imagining mice elf riding a rented bike down to the hog's breath having a beer and listening to some live music and eating some ribs and wondering if my bike was going to get stolen while i was in the bar, etc., etc., etc. but anyhoo... i still want to wish you a very happy birthday. looks like your present was a grand one. what a great looking place to stay on my favorite island in the united states. love, polvie
