It took almost two years for the judge to rule on jurisdiction? Imagine the legal fees if you were, like most other people, forced to use a lawyer? The killer part if failing to state a claim. That essentially says the lawsuit was an entire waste of everyone's time. Congratulations on winning, but my sympathies for having to endure it.

The motion granted was improper venue? After all that time?

So, that means it was dismissed without prejudice? Bummer, unless that's what you were looking for, I suppose.

All she won was on jurisdiction. There will be an appeal filed since she lied in the Affidavit that the judge relied on to make her ruling. Evidence that she lied was supplied to the court but not taken into consideration. So she can crow all she wants, but that doesn't end it for her just yet.
