Cold Spring Capital, Inc. completed its IPO on November 11, 2005, selling 20,000,000 million units at $6.00 per unit. The gross proceeds totaled $120.0 million, in line with the amount that the company was looking to raise when it filed its initial S-1 in mid-June. There is no word yet as to whether or not the underwriter has exercised its over-allotment option.

The securities are listed on the American Stock Exchange. The units (CDS-U) closed at $5.90 on Friday. The common shares (CDS) and warrants (CDS-W) are not yet trading.
