Hi Suma, Thanks for the link to Coast To Coast AM. I haven't listened to this station in ages. Too much talk of alien abductions for my tastes. But I do appreciate that Art Bell is helping to get the word out on 9/11. Of course, I'm in complete agreement with Alex Jones, David Ray Griffin and Michael Ruppert. 9/11 was an inside job, a "false flag" operation that was designed and perpetrated by rogue elements within the American elite who are hellbent on creating a global Empire and see that a little "shock and awe" like taking down the WTC Towers would be extremely helpful in making the American public accept their mad schemes. The concept has been discussed in "Rebuilding America's Defenses" (a typically Orwellian title, eh?) by the creeps at the Project for a New American Century. If you read page 51 of "Rebuilding America's Defenses", a PNAC white paper that called for attacking Iraq in September, 2000, you'll read the following words: Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor. Domestic politics and industrial policy will shape the pace and content of transformation as much as the requirements of current missions. ****** Yes, PNAC speculates that a new "Pearl Harbor" would be quite useful for the transformation to Empire that they espouse. Or you might enjoy the PNAC view of what constitutes America's new frontier, from page 15: "American armed forces stationed abroad and on rotational deployments around the world should be considered as the first line of American defenses, providing reconnaissance and security against the prospect of larger crises and conducting stability operations to prevent their outbreak. These forces need to be among the most ready, with finely honed warfighting skills – and only forces configured for combat indicate the true American commitment to our allies and their security interests – but they also need to be highly versatile and mobile with a broad range of capabilities; they are the cavalry on the new American frontier." ********* In short, everything you've ever read about a new evil empire based on military domination of the planet is already being thought through by the PNAC crowd.
