Del, I totally understand your feelings, and how deeply you hold them. The thing is that at Feelies the only way it can be even reasonably civil is if we try to have empathy for people who feel differently than we do. If liberals become as disdainful as conservatives, then we have lost the moral high ground. People who feel alienated and insulted probably will not listen very well or think at all, and it is my goal to keep everyone here listening and thinking, or why bother, really?
