NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - Former Tyco CEO Dennis Kozlowski and co-defendant Mark Swartz, the company's ex-chief financial officer, have been found guilty of grand larceny.

Kozlowski and his onetime lieutenant Mark Swartz were accused of looting Tyco of $150 million worth of undeserved bonuses and secretly forgiven loans.

Kozlowski and Swartz were also charged with misrepresenting Tyco's financial condition in order to inflate the company's share price and then sell $575 million in company shares and options.

Their first trial ended in a mistrial in April 2004.
