Well, one way to pay for it would be to get companies to set up daycares or pay for employees to send their kids to daycare, or at least subsidize it. That way, you get companies to foot the bill, not the gov't, and it's in the best interests of companies to cater to women, as much as to men. Let's face it. In bygone days, companies would offer you a golf membership as a sign on bonus. Why not offer women (or men for that matter) paid daycare as a perk?
