But that's neither here nor there, mishedlo. My only concern is that the state-function-of-the-world as of 2002, the "snap-shot" as of that moment, was that Ba'athist Iraq was and was likely to remain anti-American. Whether this was the result of prior invasion, bad designs, madness, legitimate grievances, a full moon or a dip in the DJIA is of little importance. I'm not concerned about their feelings of entitlement or victimhood, only about their menu of options and likely decisions.
