Buddy made the same excuse for him LOL Durbin said his comments had been misinterpreted as an attack on the U.S. military, adding he did not even know who was in charge of the particular interrogation cited in the FBI agent's account. "Sadly, we have a situation here where some in the right-wing media say I've been insulting men and women in uniform," he said. "Nothing could be farther from the truth."

I keep wondering when the Democrats will abandon their anti-American, pro-enemy rhetoric before they have to run on it in 2006. Having virtually destroyed themselves with their overt America hate in 2004, one would expect the idea to get ACROSS from the American people to the Democrat politicians. Durbin-an especially STUPID member of that party-may have lit the fuse with his incompetence. It's always amusing to see these farm state Marxist/Leninists-sent to Washington solely to rob the public treasury to line the farmers' pockets-get caught up so badly in their own treason that they start to SMELL, and their people finally boot them out. Fullbright, McGovern, and Daschle are only a small beginning of a list. Durbin should resign his Senate seat immediately...
