See #120659, second paragraph addressed to you.

I didn't recognize that as an answer since it didn't reference my post. Thank you for clarifying that that's what it was. So, your answer is that your question wasn't relevant to my post, after all? Had nothing to do with my post. Perhaps you were just curious about what other posters thought and you randomly asked me? Or you were planning to ask everyone but you got distracted by something and never got around to asking the rest? Hmmmm. Interesting.

I asked you a very simple yes or no question which you have yet to answer.

#120563, your post to me: "Just a simple yes or no will do."

#120663, my post to you: "As promised, here is my response to your question. The short answer is yes, your inference [that I support Durbin's statement] is wrong." What's the matter with that response? Did I break some rule of simplicity by going beyond one word?

I am not interested in what CB said on the subject. Further, it is of no interest to me that you agree with her. I did not ask her the question.

If you don't like the second-party long answer, please feel free to ignore it. Or if you now want more than just yes or no and don't accept CB's post as a proxy for my opinion, I can either copy and paste CB's response into my post rather than referring you to her post. Or, if necessary, I can restate it in my own words, although I'd be hard pressed to come up with a more apt word than "stupid." I would have used exactly that word had I posted before she did. I've used it before under similar circumstances. These guys just keep on giving me opportunities to use it.

Perhaps you have an idea.

Yes, I had an idea.
