It's too late to do this, and the reason driving it is stupid. There are much more concrete instances of crimes we could be investigating, and active killers we should be using our resources on. Even if it was a crime of passion, Schiavo is unlikely to pose much of a danger to society now. And the whole thing sounds so tenuous and stupid and, I hate to say it, but almost like a last desperate gasp to justify all the time spent on the Schiavo part one, that I am really disturbed by the whole thing. Sometimes you don't get a concrete answer, and you just have to accept it and move on.
