The article is ten pages long and for some reason will not let itself be copied, so I could not separate out the quite long parts that are specifically about animal testing. I do not think it is fair to decide whether a ten page article is relevant to animal testing based on the first paragraph, though. Do you? It is quite a complicated subject. You could skim it in less than a minute and find the related parts, certainly.
