Since the case is sealed, seems like it would be illegal for the government to present its case on this matter. On the other hand, the fact that the agent leading the investigation is a Muslim woman who opposes suicide bombing makes me inclined to give the government the benefit of any doubt against a girl who "speaks of an ideal Islamic state" but wants to live in the US. She's far more likely to find her "ideal Islamic state" in Pakistan. Her relatives will set her up with a nice arranged marriage, at 16 she's plenty old enough in Pakistan.
