I remember reading an article in the paper in the 70s that said men who smoked marijuana would grow breasts.

I suspect if you surveyed men who smoked marijuana in the 70's, particularly the early 70's, you would find that some have in fact grown breasts. Of course, that has more to do with diet and being overweight than with THC ingestion.

Did the idea of larger male breasts scare you out of smoking marijuana? It would be interesting to see if that is true, though. Lancet is generally a serious and scholarly journal. Of course there have been medical studies that posit almost everything imaginable.
